Training
It is a recognized fact that training is a vital determinant in ensuring effective job performance. Therefore, training has always been a top concern and highest priority to URETSKY SECURITY, and a large portion of corporate resources are spent in providing continuous training for URETSKY SECURITY employees. URETSKY SECURITY has a training and resource library within its main corporate office which is available for use by all clients and employees who desire to learn more about the security industry, as well as more general subjects. Integrity and Core Values
No other security company is more committed to training than Uretsky Security. That said we do not believe we can train people to have integrity. What we can do is carefully screen our applicants to ensure that they have the character traits we require: honesty, motivation, intelligence and integrity. To that end we put each candidate through our own training program which consists of over 80 hours of education. We also conduct detailed screening and verification checks. These screens are detailed below and they meet all requirements for federal and military security positions.
At URETSKY SECURITY, our clients tend to remain with us and we attribute this primarily to our immediate staff responsiveness to their needs and concerns, our determination to work on a problem until it is solved to everyone’s satisfaction, and the continuous effort on every management level to provide professional service.
The management staff at URETSKY SECURITY, from the Owner to the Project Manager, Watch Commanders, and Field Supervisors, are always available to respond to client concerns. All problems are thoroughly investigated and action taken as necessary. Any Security Officer can be replaced at any time at the sole discretion of the client, no questions asked.
Employee Pay Scale
Our personnel are paid not only a rate far above the minimum standard, but by far, above the industry standard, which allows URETSKY SECURITY to employee security personnel that have good communication, reading, reasoning, adaptability, and judgment skills.
Drug Policy
Uretsky Investigations & Security recognizes the significant problems drug and alcohol use in the workplace causes and is committed to maintaining a drug and alcohol free workforce. The use of controlled substances or alcohol jeopardizes the safety and productivity of the individual employee as well as the safety and well-being of others.
Accordingly, we require comprehensive pre-employment drug testing for all prospective new employees, random drug testing for all employees, drug testing after all work-related accidents requiring medical attention, and reasonable suspicion drug testing.
Possession, use of, or the testing positive for any of the controlled substances listed in this policy constitutes intentional and willful misconduct. Refusal to abide by the Company's Drug and Alcohol Policy will result in employee termination.
